Act as the primary point of contact for international clients.
Translate client needs and specifications into actionable tasks for the development team.
Manage projects related to foreign trade, customs, and trade preferences.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams of business to ensure the successful delivery of projects to the client within agreed timelines and budgets.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
Assist and support our customers in navigating foreign trade processes within the SAP system (testing, identify and resolve issues, and ensure smooth system integration with other SAP modules).
Provide user training, create user manuals, and document processes and configurations (on a user level).
Stay updated with the latest customs and trade regulations.

Fluent communication skills in German and English are essential, as these are the commonly used languages in international trade. Candidates should be able to communicate confidently with clients and understand their requirements. (Additional language proficiency is an advantage).
In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience of foreign trade and customs regulations are essential. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in managing compliance and risk aspects within the business. #experience
Bachelor’s degree in economics or a relevant field is required.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required to understand complex business processes and identify trade-related challenges.
Project management knowledge or experience is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of the SAP functions is an advantage, but not essential, as full on-the-job training will be provided. (However, candidates should have a passion for technology and a willingness to learn new skills.)
